Naval’s Rules

Eric Jorgenson, the author of the book Almanack of Naval Ravikant shares the rules that Naval Ravikant lives by. I found 8 of those rules very helpful and wanted to share them:

• Reading (learning) is the ultimate meta-skill and can be traded for anything else.
• All the real benefits in life come from compound interest.
• Praise specifically, criticize generally. (Warren Buffet)
• Every moment has to be complete in and of itself.
• Earn with you mind, not your time.
• All greatness comes from suffering.
• Desire is suffering. (Buddha)
• Be present above all else.
