Tomorrow does not exist. It is merely anticipated. It is a thought. If you want to do something tomorrow, and you are able to do it today, go ahead and do it today. Day 25 of the 365 days of self-discipline book by Martin Meadow discusses the idea of starting today. The main idea is that self-discipline requires that you start the process and take small steps. Failure to do that often results in procrastination and unrealized dreams and unfinished projects. Take a small step. Move forward. Today.

As the author puts it:

Don’t overthink it and don’t obsess over the future; take care of establishing a tiny habit today, and take it from there.
